Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but please note that we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at wakurise@gmail.com.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be approved by us prior to sending the item back.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

  • If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Return Shipping & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • We do not charge any return handling fees.
