Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed. After your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items once they are shipped. However, if your package is damaged during transit or if it is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions.

Wrong Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Local Pickup
If you are located near our warehouse or store, you may select Local Pickup as your shipping option during checkout. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
